Chris Manfredini, Texas Christian

Chris Manfredini scored all 12 of the Horned Frogs points to help lead them to an impressive 12-3 victory over Texas Tech. Manfredini hit field goals from 23, 30, 33, and 34 yards in the game. Manfredini was also named Mountain West Conference Special Teams Player of the Week for his efforts.

Garrett Hartley, Oklahoma

Garrett Hartley earns a spot on the Lou Groza Collegiate Place-Kicker Stars of the Week for the second straight week with his performance against Oregon. Hartley went 4 of 5 in field goals for the game. He made field goals from 41, 20, 26, and 22. His only miss came at the end of the game when a 44 yard field goal was blocked. Currently, Hartley leads the nation in field goals made with 8.

Paul Martinez, Oregon

Paul Martinez’s extra point with 46 seconds left in the game gave Oregon the lead after an impressive 4th quarter comeback by the Ducks. Martinez also made field goals from 22 and 48 yards on the afternoon.
