2006 — Notched his second game-winning field goal of the season, hitting a 33-yarder as time expired to beat Illinois (10/7)...finished the Illinois game
2-for-3 to boost his season total to 6-for-8...made the game-winning field goal with 11:01 to play in the game against Ball State (9/9)...posted first two career field goals in IU's 39-20 victory over Western Michigan (9/2), going two-for-two on attempts.

2005 — Starr played in all 12 games of the 2005 season. He served as the primary kickoff specialist with 40 kickoffs for 2,290 yards. Overall, he averaged
57.2 yards per kickoff with 10 touchbacks.

2004 — Starr sat out the 2004 season as a true freshman after walking on to the team at the beginning of summer camp.

High School — He was selected to the Indiana Football Coaches Association All-Star Game and earned honorable mention All-North Central Conference honors as a senior. Starr played for coach Elmer Britton at Logansport.

Personal — Born on March 23, 1986, Starr is majoring in biology.
